The Grozny-City high-rise complex is considered the hallmark of modern Grozny – the largest business and financial center in the Caucasus. In just six years, a group of talented architects and builders, led by architect D. Kadiev, managed to create a business complex in the capital of the Chechen Republic, worthy of Hong Kong or New York.
It includes seven ultra-modern skyscrapers. The tallest tower, called "Phoenix", has 40 floors. Exterior of buildings where hotels, restaurants, offices, shopping and entertainment centers and residential premises are located. The landscape composition around the skyscrapers is magnificent. Currently, the construction of the second stage of the city is continuing. Its pearl will be the 400-meter tower "Akhmat tower".
The total area of the complex is 4.5 hectares. There are seven high-rise buildings (residential buildings, a hotel, an office and business center): one 40-storey, one 30-storey, three 28-storey and two 18-storey. The total number of apartments in residential buildings is 700. The usable area of one apartment is from 68 to 280 m2. A shopping center is located on the first two floors of the Phoenix residential building. Next to the residential buildings, a 28-storey five-star hotel with 303 rooms and a 30-storey office and business center with a total area of 34,000 m2, with a helipad on the roof, have been built. The hotel includes one swimming pool, a Spa center, a gym, three restaurants, a cafe under a transparent dome on the 32nd floor, and shopping pavilions. Under each of the high-rises, there are two-tier underground Parking lots with a total capacity of about 3000 vehicles.
