Ikal-Chu is a small settlement of the XIV-XVII centuries in the Western part of the Malkhistinsky gorge, on the left Bank of the Meshi-hi River. There is a beautiful battle tower and two semi-combat towers, which are connected by a defensive wall into a single impregnable tower complex.
The battle tower has a rectangular base, a height of five stories and a pyramidal roof. Semi-combat towers of three and four stories are in a dilapidated state. Nearby is a dilapidated necropolis consisting of three ground-level crypts that previously had a two-pitched slate roof.
